Ado begun her career early on at the age of 14 with a cover of Kimi no Taion. She started out as an utaite, making covers of vocaloid songs.
Her first major debut was with the song Usseewa on October 23 2020. This single soon hit #1 on Japans Viral 50 Spotify. The following year she released another six singles. In 2022 she released her first album Kyōgen. This album sold 140,000 copies in the first week, which led Ado to become the first female artist since 2011 to have their debut album peak at number one on in its first week on Japanese charts.
She became very popular globally after her collaboration in animes such as Spy x Family and performing as Uta in One Piece Film: RED.
Ado is also the producer for another band Phantom Siita which is a "retro horror idol" group.
